This pretty cherry red vintage sweater was hand beaded in Hong Kong in the late 1950's or early 1960’s for the department store Meier and Frank. The sweater is lined with 100% rayon and is composed of 70% lambswool, 20% angora and 10% nylon.  The white beading is gorgeous and is on the front, back and sleeves.  This is a size medium or 8/10 - fitting up to a size 40” bust and 21” long from the nape of the neck. This beautiful cardigan is in excellent condition.
